Mission, Vision, Goals

System leaders establish broadly shared mission, vision and goals in a number of ways, including

• ensuring that the mission, vision and goals, including those related to special education, are widely known
• articulating, demonstrating and modeling the system’s mission, vision and goals to staffs when visiting schools
• embedding district directions in improvement plans, principal meetings and other leader initiated interactions
