Building Relationships and Developing People
School and system leaders work to build relationships and develop people in a number of ways, including
- providing support and demonstrating consideration for individual staff members
- encourage staff to continually re-examine the extent to which their practices support the learning for all students
- facilitate opportunities for the staff to learn from one another
- have frequent, meaningful interactions with teachers, students and parents in order to further the school’s special education goals
