School and system leaders work to improve the instructional program in a number of ways, including
- engaging staff in analyzing data, including those related to early primary learning of all students, helping staff make connections between school goals related to early primary with system and ministry goals
- providing clear and accurate information about early primary learning to system, board, parents and community
