Building Relationships & Developing People
School and system leaders work to improve the instructional program in a number of ways, including
- lead discussions about the relative merits of current and alternative practices related to financial literacy
- facilitate opportunities for the staff to learn from one another
- have frequent, meaningful interactions with teachers, students and parents in order to further the school’s financial literacy goals
