Learning-Oriented and Improvement Processes
System leaders create learning-oriented organizational improvement processes in a number of ways, including:
- developing and implementing board and school improvement plans (which includes programming for ELL) interactively and collaboratively with school leaders
- creating structures to facilitate regular monitoring and refining of improvement processes for the success of ELL
