Three Professional Learning Opportunities for K-12 Mathematics Educators Winter/Spring 2010

  • Building Teachers’ Capacity for Success:

    An Adobe Connect book study series focused on Building Teachers’ Capacity for Success: A Collaborative Approach for Coaches and School Leaders by Pete Hall and Alisa Simeral, 2008, from ASCD.

    Sessions running 3:15-4:45 pm on each of: March 2, March 24, April 13, May 5, May 18, and June 1 focus on: Opening a Window to School Improvement; The Coaching Framework; The Enduring Work of Building Administrators; From Theory to Practice: Building Networks.

    Target participants: mathematics coaches, mathematics consultants, elementary principals, secondary principals, curriculum superintendents, Student Success Leaders, School Effectiveness Leaders

    One copy of the book will be provided to each accepted registrant.

    Register by March 1st. Maximum 20 participants, (School / board groups (pairs are encouraged) may work together at the same site, and would therefore only submit one registration for the team). Complete the Registration Form below and send via
