Professional Learning

Research tells us that assessment for and as learning, effectively integrated with instruction, can improve student motivation, autonomy and achievement. To support classroom teachers in learning about and implementing AfL and AaL, school and system leaders must develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of these approaches, and model them in their learning interactions with other adults in the learning community.
